Richard W. Stout III


Rick has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and seeks to be adept at developing and monitoring strategies to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Rick is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. He attained his MBA through Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his BA in economics and anthropology from the University of Connecticut. He also completed the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor program through the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University. He has extensive background experience in lending, credit review and analysis, and real estate and partnership management. Rick was designated as a Five Star Wealth Manager* by Connecticut Magazine in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Thomas J. Britt


Tom’s life experience includes over 15 years in the financial services industry, ten years in engineering as an Operations Supervisor for a Fortune 500 subsidiary and is a Veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Force. Tom draws on his professional experience to assist clients in creating and executing wealth management strategies, which help guide his clients towards achieving their financial goals.

Tom is a Certified Financial Planner ™ professional. He earned a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. He also attained his MBA through Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a BS in Finance from the University of New Haven. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation which was earned through coursework at the Wharton School of Business. Tom is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), a designation earned through coursework at the College for Financial Planning. Additionally, Tom was named as a 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Wealth Manager* by Connecticut Magazine.

Aileen Deutermann

Executive Assistant - Client Services

Aileen graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Liberal Studies with an English emphasis. She spent over 20 years in the legal industry in Los Angeles before relocating to Connecticut with her family.

As Executive Assistant – Client Services, Aileen is responsible for a wide variety of service-related duties. Possessed with a unique combination of intuitiveness and detail orientation, she is committed to proactively meeting the needs of clients with a focus on client care and professionalism. Aileen places a high priority on striving to provide superior service to clients and enjoys interacting with and assisting them.
